Orientation Video
House Rules
- Driving: Please drive slowly through the campground.
- Parking: Park in front of your unit or in overflow area.
- Respect: Respect your neighbors. No loud parties. Don’t disturb wildlife.
- Quiet Hours: 9:30 PM-7:30 AM – Please keep noise to a minimum.
- Pets: Must be controlled at all times and cleaned up after; quiet barking dogs.
- Trash: Pick up all your trash; use designated bins.
- Fires: Only in designated firepit/rings; ensure fires are completely out before leaving the fire area or going to sleep.
- Use of common areas:
- Bath — Please limit time in consideration of others waiting.
- Keep it picked up/clean.
- Place all laundry in the provided receptacle.
- Kitchen – Clean up after yourselves
- Wipe surfaces (tables/counters).
- Wash/dry/put away dishes.
- Clean out food from refrigerator at the end of your stay.
- Food storage: Should be limited to refrigerators in Clubhouse kitchen or unit refrigerators.
- Campsite Etiquette: Don’t walk through others’ sites; keep your site tidy and respect others’ privacy.
- Beaver Pond: Please, no swimming or fishing.
- Grimes Creek: Fishing/wading allowed! (look for sign to creek).
- Leave No Trace: Please leave the site as good or better than you found it; gather laundry and trash as directed and remove all personal items.
